Companies for Causes invests in communities and in people.

We understand that many communities suffer from systemic issues that cannot be solved via a single initiative.

Companies for Causes serves as a Fiscal Agent to allow organizations and leaders grow their ideas to break down silos and solve problems in our community.

Since our founding, we’ve done tremendous work; we’ve also learned a lot.

Our initial work focused on building pathways to career and college success at Eastern Senior High School in Washington, D.C. You can read a case study about our work at Eastern. From this effort, we realized that we realized that many students were graduating without the skills that our businesses needed to succeed and began the development of an innovated career preparation program in partnership with the school and MedStar Health. Through our Career Navigation program, we're continuing that work and expanding it to other communities.
